No special software is required to get started. Hotels can manage upgrade auctions through the Bidvers partner dashboard. If needed, future integrations can be considered with hotel property management systems, booking engines, or channel managers.

Yes. Hotels can manually create upgrade offers and manage available inventory from the dashboard. However, hotels must ensure that the inventory listed on Bidvers is accurate and available.

Bidvers lets you bid for an upgrade on a hotel stay you have already booked. Instead of a fixed upgrade fee, you name what a better room is worth to you.

After you book, you receive an invitation to bid. Pick the upgrade you want, enter your offer and confirm. You will know if you win before you arrive.

Yes. You can update or withdraw your bid any time before the auction closes. After it closes, winning bids are final.

You add a payment method when you bid, but you are only charged if you win. If your bid does not win, you pay nothing and keep your original booking.

Your card is charged the winning amount and your reservation is upgraded automatically. The better room is ready when you check in.
