1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Bidvers website, mobile apps, dashboards, and related services. They apply to all users, including Vendors, Bidders, and Admins.

2. Platform Access & Use

You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use Bidvers solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the platform or access it in ways not explicitly permitted.

3. User Conduct

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use Bidvers for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Manipulate bids, pricing, or auction outcomes
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized content
• Attempt to bypass platform controls, approvals, or security
• Interfere with platform performance or other users’ access

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal.

4. Account Usage

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must keep your login credentials secure
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account

Bidvers is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

5. Vendor Specific Usage

• Vendors may only list products they legally own and are authorized to sell.
• Vendors must comply with Bidvers listing guidelines, approval workflows, and payment requirements.
• Bidvers may remove listings or restrict Vendors without prior notice if misuse is detected.

6. Bidder Specific Usage

• Bidders must place bids in good faith.
• Placing bids with no intention to complete payment, bid manipulation, or repeated withdrawals may result in restrictions or suspension.

7. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you submit. However, by uploading content, you grant Bidvers a non exclusive, royalty free license to use, display, and distribute it solely for platform operations.

8. Availability & Modifications

• Bidvers may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access.

9. Enforcement & Termination

Bidvers reserves the right to:

• Monitor platform usage
• Investigate violations
• Suspend or terminate access at its discretion

Enforcement decisions are final.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidvers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use or misuse.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Kuwait
